My name is Clairemarie, the main legal consultant for Ahead of Time Legal Consultants, and I help individuals and families with one of the most important things in life: future planning. I provide support and guidance with Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Based in Hoo, Rochester, I work with clients throughout Dartford, Medway, and across the South East, offering a service that is affordable, approachable, and focused entirely on you and your family.

I started my business because I was not happy with the high charges usually attached to these services. Having personally experienced just how important Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney are, I wanted to make sure more families could access them without worrying about the cost.

I contacted Claire after seeing a post on Facebook by a friend. Claire contacted me by return and we arranged a zoom meeting a few days hence. During the meeting Claire explained in a clear and concise manner, the process, timescales and fees for preparing our Wills and Lasting powers of Attorney.
